Defendants: John Foster, son of plaintiff, John Chase, Gilbert Searle, under-sheriff, Richard Dunneford alias Richard Powell, William Chatfeild, Richard Kingswell gent, John Cooke, and others.
Subject: Assault on plaintiff John Foster's family in the Chequer Inn at Winchester, and attempted arrest on an outlawry for a debt for which release had been given.
