Defendants: Peter Merrick esq of Uchelder, JP, Edmund Merrick his son and heir, Gabriel Goodman esq, prothonotary and clerk of the Crown (for the North Wales circuit of the Great Sessions), James Bike his clerk, John Evans, under-sheriff, Henry ap John, and others.
