Short title: Edwardes v Merrick.
Plaintiffs: William Edwardes gent of Llandderfel, son and heir of Edward ap Jevan son, son and heir of Jevan ap Hoell ap Egnion.
Defendants: Peter Merrick esq of Uchelder, JP, Edmund Merrick his son and heir, Gabriel Goodman esq, prothonotary and clerk of the Crown (for the North Wales circuit of the Great Sessions), James Bike his clerk, John Evans, under-sheriff, Henry ap John, and others.
Subject: Maintenance of suits for lands in Dole Drewin, packing a jury, false entry of a judgment, forgery of a writ, seizure of goods, attack on plaintiff William Edwardes's house, misconduct in office, etc.
Merionethshire, Wales.
Note: mutilated.
