Arbitration, by William and Robert Pykering, canons of York, and John, Prior of Bolton-in-Craven, on dispute between Abbot and Convent of Whitby (Yorkshire), and Prior and Convent of Coningshead, (Lancashire), over the towns of Orton, Bousfield, Kelleth, Sunbiggin, Raisbeck, Langdale, Tebay, Roundthwaite, Scales, Eller Gill and Gaisgill (Westmorland) Recital of submissions: Whitby claiming the lands in the right of the Church of Crosby-Ravensworth, (Westmorland), and Coningshead claiming in the right of the Church of Orton.
