[155] Morgan and 3 other of a jury convicted for acquitting one indicted of slanderous speeches against the Queen upon the evidence of one man sworn which in law was adjudged sufficient evidence to have found him guilty for which they were committed to the Fleet and fined at £40. WRONG PLACE. Easter 6 Elizabeth fo. 19 [note: folio references are to the lost Star Chamber decree and order entry books].
