Defendants: John Kyrle esq and JP, Richard Hoskins, James Keele and others.

Subject: Much Marcle; procuration of an assembly to drive of the plaintiff's cattle and damage his ponds in revenge for a writ served upon Kyrle by the plaintiff on behalf of Thomas Elson the elder; labouring a jury in the King's Bench in a suit in which Kyrle was party.
