Subject: Misdemeanours of Richard Gwinn: secret labouring to be put on the Commission, he being an insufficient man; using the office for his own enrichment; false imprisonment in fetters and manacles; connivance at the murder of a serjeant of a band of soldiers at Caernarvon; enticing young gent to his house to gamble; armed riotous assembly in the Jubilee Hall in Caernarvon and wounding of Rowland Ellis; perjury in an action at the Court of the Marches; combinations and conspiracies in a former Star Chamber bill.
