Defendants: Sir Charles Lodowick Cottrell kt, Sir William Trumbull kt, Ambrose Holbech gent and William Talbot.
Subject: The plaintiff's dispute with the executors and trustees of the will of Robert Dormer esq, deceased, his late father and the presentment of an incumbent to a parsonage which formed part of the trust estate: menitons Robert Cowcher clerk. The bishop had thought the plaintiff's choice was an unfit person for the post property in Rousham, Oxfordshire.
