Description

Letter of attorney from the mayor, bailiff and burgesses of the borough of Leicester appointing John Maior, gent of the borough of Leicester, Leics, on behalf of the corporation to attend, treat and conclude with the trustees and contractors for the passing of the grant of the fee-farm rent of the Castle Mills in Leicester unto the trustees to the use of the corporation.
