Description

DURHAM: Raby. Directions for the allotment of the pasturage of the West, Middle and East Parks, in the hands of the crown by the attainder of Charles, late earl of Westmorland, 43 Eliz I;

Henry Wiglesworth, John Hadderick, John Gaige v Charles Brabant, keeper of the Middle Park, John Hutton, keeper of the West Park, and Thomas Bailes, pallacer of all the Parks of Raby, 41 Eliz I.

Membranes 4 to 9B were seemingly transferred from E 134/41/Eliz/East28, and 10A to 18 from E 134/41/Eliz/Hil20
