Commission, interrogatories and depositions concerning the validity of an indenture made between John Trelawny and Charles Trevanyon [Trevanion] on 29 January 1589. By this indenture, Trelawny allegedly enfeoffed Trevanyon and his heirs of all his property in Trenona, Treburthes and Penaluna [all in Veryan parish], Cornwall. The item formerly at E 178/267 was transferred into this piece before 1912.
