Commission to hold an enquiry in Cheltenham into a complaint by Edward Lipyatt, husband of one of the tenants of lands in Gloucestershire formerly held by John de Cheltenham, that he has been excessively charged on his portion of the goods and chattels on that property towards the sixth of the eight fifteenths and tenths granted to Elizabeth I in 1601.
