Short title: Viner v Smithies. C 110/23-25 include the following documents exhibited in court:

  • Copy of Anthony Berry's will: Barking, Essex (1631).
  • Copy of Edmund Skipwith's will: Norf (1641).
  • Copy of Otho Nicholson's will: Hackney, Middx (1619).
  • Letters of administration of goods of Thomas Derrington: Little Burstead, Essex (1641).
  • Copies of court roll and other deeds, judgment in dispute about pews and faculty to erect pew in gallery: Hackney, Middx (1528-1673).
