A letter from W Napier, Lieutenant Governor of Guernsey, transmitting the return of prices of flour, bread and wheat on the island on 1 November 1845 [not enclosed]; a letter from Napier transmitting the enclosed report of the bailiff, Peter Carey, as to the prices of bread, flour and wheat; a letter from Peter Carey submitting the return regarding the price of corn; a letter from Napier transmitting a statement regarding the average price of wheat [not enclosed].
