C 104/109-111 include the following documents:

Short title: Unknown Cause (Cary v Guidet), documents exhibited in court.

  • Rentals, deeds, accounts etc relating to the estates of Sir Henry Lee, Earls of Danby and Abingdon, and Mr Cary. Legal correspondence with Dr Bateman: Quarrendon, Burston, Stowe Nine Churches, Euston, Bucks, Northants, Suff, (1655-1700).
  • Court rolls transferred to C 116/204 and 273, (1655-1700).
