Description

Indenture being the defeasance of a feoffment made by John, lord of Eglosmerther, to Walter de Tretherf, of all the messuages, lands and tenements he had in Trethoggamur, together with the homage, rent and service of six free tenants; viz. if the said Sir John pay the said Walter 40 marks on the feast of St Philip and St James next following after the end of ten years from date, the feoffment shall be void. Cornwall. Tretherf, Friday after St Ambrose, 16 Edward III.
