Deed by Robert Gardner of the city and county of Bristol, witnessing the delivery by him to Edward Cheesman of nineteen 'pooles of writinges in a lytle plaine box with a cover' touching the land of John Stone of Wareham, petty chapman, and Katheryne his wife, with all the said Robert's right by virtue of any conveyance from the said John and Katheryne, or any other person, touching two messuages or tenements and two tofts or garden plots in Wareham; the said writings having been received by the said Robert from the said John for a debt due from the said John to the said Robert.
