Description

Agreement between Sir John de Bysshopesdon, and Hugh son of Henry de Braundeston, as to certain lands in Lappeworth, formerly belonging to William de la Chaumbre and Alice his wife, which the said Sir John has granted in exchange to the said Hugh: viz. the said Hugh is to enfeoff Sir Roger de Lodbrok and William de Charindon with the said lands in fee simple, within three weeks, and shall also release and warrant the said lands to them with all other lands which the said Roger and William shall then have of the grant of Sir John in Lappeworth. Otherwise Sir John may re-enter upon all the said lands formerly belonging to William de la Chaumbre. Warw. Thorndone, Monday after Michaelmas, 7 Edward III
