Demise by Emma, late the wife of John Catesby, and William Catesby, her son, to John Lychefeld of Coventry,"tayllour", and Matilda his wife, for fifteen years, of a capital tenement with buildings etc except three houses, one called "la heyhouse", in Coventry, in "le Irnemongersrowe" with a garden and pond adjacent, and the fishery of the same, with free passage to the water-course called "Sherburn".
