Description

Grant by William Roydon of Fulbourne, co. Camb, and Thomas Roydon, son and heir of Anne Roydon, deceased, kinswoman and heiress of John Aunger, to Robert Holder of Barton, yeoman, Nicholas and Robert Fanne, and Edmund and William Holder, of land in Barton, part lying in Benelonde, and abutting on land of the prior of Barnewell, and part abutting on Alford wey, and on land of the college of Corpus Christi and St. Mary, Cambridge, and part in the field caled 'Tilfild,' to hold to the use of the said Robert Holde; with letter of attorney by the said William Roydon authorising the said Thomas Roydon, his son, to deliver seisin of the premises: Camb. 24 Jan, 13 Henry VIII.
