Letters patent committing to John Clerk, Robert Symmes and John Symmes the custody of the manor of Whitcok alias Withecok, with a piece of land called 'Seway' alias 'Seuay' in Withecok, for 40 years from Easter last; paying the King yearly 60s. 4d., and 39s. 8d. in addition for increment: Leic. Westminster, 21 May, 7 Henry [IV.]
