Grant by Richard Osbarn and Henry Hert, citizens of London, William Craneley, Henry Jolipace, and William Holme, clerks to John Marchaunt, son of Nicholas Marchaunt, late citizen of London, of a messuage and 8 shops with solars in the parishes of St. Olave in the Old Jewry, St. Stephen Colmanstret, and St. Margaret Lothbury in Colemandstret ward, London, which they with John Proffyt, deceased, had by feoffment of Walter Knolle and Walter Adam in 9 Henry IV.
