Sale and release by Andrew son and heir of William Bonaventure, to John Bonaventure, goldsmith, his brother, of land in Cornhull, London, in St. Michael's parish, that came to his father and himself through Emma Bonaventure his grandmother, mother of the said William, of the fee of the canons of Holy Trinity, London, paying the said canons 3s,. yearly. Witnesses:- Roger son of Roger, alderman, Richard de Enefield, and others (named): [Middx.].
