Description

Release by William son of Reginald Danger, to Richard, the prior, and the canons of Holy Trinity, London, of a quit-rent of 8s. 4d. from land and buildings in the parish of St. Andrew Eastcheap, viz. the rent Roger Baker pays for the stone house there (saving to the canons the 5s. they receive from the same house); and of 1/2 lb. of cummin or 2d. that Ralph Sperlenc [pays for land with buildings adjoining the said stone house. Witnesses:- Richard Renger, Mayor of London, Andrew Bukerel, John Travers, [sheriffs,] Ralph Sperlenc, alderman, and others (named): [Middx.]. [10-11 Henry III.]
