Grant by William de Rimes to Humfrey Bucheunte of a hide of land in Eggeswere, at the wood between the ways to St. Albans and Watford, and the land he held of his father, to be held by the service of a fifth part of a knight's fee to be paid in money; for the 16 marcs he and his father owed Humfrey, who releases them from the debt.
