MS amendments in red ink; examined Quarter Master Sergeant H U S, RE; signed Lieutenant Colonel [?H Broke], Commanding RE Gosport, 30 June 1909. MS annotation: 'See later plan attached'. (2) 'G.481': revised version of (1); corrected to November 1876, amended to 1891. Signed Lieutenant Colonel A Brooke Commanding RE Portsea, [?1 November 1891].
