Compass indicator. Signed by E Andrews, Resident Engineer, 27 October 1899. Initialled 'L.H.S.' and 'W.H.M.' Originally enclosed with letter of 28 October 1899 from Godfrey Knight, Secretary, London and South Western Railway.
