Scale: 1 inch to 22 yards. Signed '[?Leon] Lundie, Engineer, March 4th 1886'. Stamped with the registration number 1216 and date 5 March 1886. Pencil amendments by Colonel F H Rich, inspecting officer, dated 11 August [18]86. Originally enclosed with letter from the secretary of the Rhymney Railway Company to the assistant secretary, Railway Department, Board of Trade, 4 March 1886.
