Demise by William Dyolet, clerk, to Richard Lumlay of London, and Agnes his wife, Marmaduke Lomlay bishop of Carlisle, William Lomlay, esquire , Henry Frowyk, John Plommer, John Berom, John Lambourn, and others, of lands, tenements, etc., in the parish of St Mary, Fanchirche, in the ward of Langbourne, which the grantor had of the grant of the said Richard Lumlay, who, with Joan his wife and William Belyng , held them of the grant of William Warner, son and heir of John Warner of London, and kinsman and heir of Sir John Warner clerk, brother of the aforesaid John Warner. Witnesses:- Stephen Brown, mayor, William Cantelowe and William Marwe, sheriffs, of London, John Paddisley, alderman of that ward, and others (named): Middlesex 17 March, 27 Hen VI. Seal.
