Middx., AND William Davenant of St. Dunstan's in the West, London. Place or Subject: Draft assignment of leasehold messuages and lands in Little Sampford, Great Sampford and Hempstead co. Essex, to secure the payment by Edmund Turnor to William Davenant of 154 l 10 s by 24 June 1653. Premises leased to William Halton, esq., 14 July 1652 for 98 years, 10 months at 50 l p.a. Essex
