Southern Europe: 50 GAF fighters and 60 JU-52s to deploy to Belgrade area by Mar 12; German shipping in Dalmation area to come to complete standstill unless immediate effective air and sea defence provided, Mar 5; summary of German naval movements in Aegean Sea and visits to Yugoslav ports, Mar 10/11; German Army requests more naval protection, otherwise supply of Dalmation Islands would have to be done by air, Mar 11; urgent demand to upgrade coastal defence batteries in Istria and supply more German personnel to work with Italians, Mar 7.
