Description

Southern Europe: Allied air Allied air raid damage, probably at Lecce airfield, July 2; situation report of July 2; indications that further tanks shipped to Sicily, July 1; order of battle of German anti-aircraft units in Sicily, July 1; GAF intelligence report covering central Mediterranean and Sicily, July 1; GAF reconnaissance report five heavy Allied naval units in Bizerta harbour, July 2.

South-east Europe: summary of GAF operations in the Balkins on July 1; German-Arab infantry formation ordered to the Balkans, June 30; C-in-C South-east considers the protection of the Salonika-Athens railway inadequate, June 30; GAF report on ground situation in Yugoslavia, July 1.

Russian Front: report of 4th Air Fleet's operations on July 1.

Northern Europe: bombs for GAF being transported by rail via Sweden to Finland, July 2; C reports that Sir Alexander Cadogan is being informed of this breach of neutrality.
