North Africa: GAF report for Nov 16, intentions for Nov 17; Kesselring's directive to GAF to support Panzer Army (see 1405); signal from Rommel underlining seriousness of fuel situation, identifies best harbour for small ships as Ras El Ali, Nov 16; explosion seen in Ras Aali roadstead; proposal that troops help immediate unloading of Hans Arp on arrival Benghazi.

Summary of special intelligence reports on North Africa, Nov 16.

No fuel for operational aircraft in Berca or Magrun, Nov 16.

Survey by chief quartermaster of Panzer Army of arrangements for evacuation of Benghazi, and summary of withdrawal from Tobruk and Derna, Nov 14.
