Description

Indenture by which John Stone and Katherine, his wife, of the borough town of Wareham, Dorset, 'chepeman', leased to Henry Crede of Wareham, Dorset, feltmaker, his messuage with the backside or garden plot in the parish of Our Lady in Wareham, Dorset, [location specified], for the term of 21 years, for annual rent of 13s 4d in quarterly payments.

Witnesses: Robert Crocker, George Tucker, Robert Gaylard, Thomas Smith (Smythe), John Stone Fisher and others.
