Indenture by which Thomas Fulham, citizen and skinner of London, leased to Nicholas Fulham of Flitton, Bedfordshire, clerk, a cellar lying under two tenements and a warehouse lying over part of the cellar in Church Alley in the parish of St John Walbrook, London, currently occupied by William Mill, for the term of three years, for annual rent of 15s in two payments. The title of the two tenements was leased by the wardens and commonalty of the Mercers of the city of London to William Bancke, citizen and skinner of London, by indenture dated 10 July 1563, the which title passed lawfully to Thomas Fulham.
