Indenture by which Richard Puttowe of Highgate, Middlesex, gentleman, leased to John Parkyns of London, mercer, a messuage called Kew Farm, with all barns, stables, yards, gardens, orchards, profits and hereditaments, and six closes of pasture with appurtenances [location specified], in the common fields of Kew and Richmond, Surrey, (which had been leased to Richard Puttowe by Thomas Gardener of Kew, Surrey, esquire, by indenture dated 26 April 1574, for the term of six years), for the term of six years, for annual rent of £6 13s 4d in two equal payments.
Witnesses: John Fring and Christopher Whytannor.
