Lease by Nicholas Ethell alias Lawrence of Nuneaton, Warwickshire, gentleman, to Edward Vaughan of London, gentleman, of 14 yards of arable land in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, called 'Horstonland', with the broad meadow, formerly belonging to the dissolved monastery of Nuneaton, granted to Nicholas Ethell on 25 May 1567 by Jasper Fisher for the term of 21 years, which Edward Vaughan will lease for the remainder of the term agreed between Ethell and Fisher.
