Receipt by John Mottershed, from Mr. Congleton farmer of the rectory of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], by the hands of William Rawson, of (a) 10s. 7d. due to the archdeacon of Northampton in procurations and synodals by reason of his visitation; (b) 3s. 4d. due to the Queen for the proctor's fee (c) 2s. 6d. to the Queen for admission of the same. Dated 27 September 1576. Receipt by John Mottershed from the parson of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], of 5s. 3d. due to the archdeacon of Northampton by reason of his visitation. Dated 17 April 1577. Receipt by John Mottershed from Robert Congleton, farmer of the rectory of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], of 5s. 4d. due to the archdeacon of Northampton by reason of his visitation. Dated 10 October 1577. Receipt by John Mottershed from the parson of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], of 5s. 3d. due to the archdeacon of Northampton by reason of his visitation. Dated 12 April 1578. Receipt by John Mottershed from the parson of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], of (a) 5s. 4d. due to the archdeacon of Northampton by reason of his visitation (b) 3s. 4d. for his fee (c) 2s. 6d. for admission. Dated 14 October 1578. Receipt by John Mottershed from the parson of Brockhall [Northamptonshire], of 10s. 7d. due to the archdeacon of Northampton for a whole year by reason of his visitation.
