Description

Indenture of bargain and sale by John Morlen of Benenden, Kent, son and one of the heirs of Philip Morlen, son and one of the heirs of Richard Morlen, late of Benenden, deceased, to Gervase Gybbon of Benenden, of a share in a house (specified) called the Swan in Canterbury, Kent, and lands (specified) on the dene of Backtilt in Benenden, for £28. Seal of John Morlen.

[Endorsed] witnesses: Ambrose Bechyng, Richard Morlen, Andrew Wyllard and others.
