Bond in £30 by Robert Pruste [Prest] of Kingsbridge, Devon, yeoman, to Henry Sture of Marridge, Devon, esquire. Condition that the bond shall be void if, within four years, Robert Pruste, his wife Grace and his mother Agnes agree by a fine to sell to Sture all their right and claim to a tenement in Browne Street [Brownston Street in Modbury, Devon], now in the tenure of Thomas Persons by right of his wife Elizabeth for the term of her life.
Witnesses: Edward Sadler, Tristram Sture, Philip Foxworthie, John Ellarde and John Baron.
