Description

Grant by John son of Walter de Esche to Roger de Esche, tailor, his brother, of 1 toft and 3 acres of lands with appurtenances which Peter Spinster once held in Unthank, Durham, in the fee of Brandon, Durham. Boundaries are listed. He has to pay yearly one grain of pepper.

Witnesses: Hugh Burdon, Roger de Esche, Elias de Langley, Simon of Unthank, John Stil, Walter del Brome, Thomas son of William son of Hugh, Thomas Abraham, Hugh clerk and others.
