Settlement of the dispute between Edmund Felton, plaintiff, and Olivier Saint John, lord of Saint John, of Bletso, Bedfordshire, and Agnes, his wife, defendants. Olivier Saint John and Agnes acknowledge that the manor of Little Cornard, with its appurtenances, 30 messuages, 3 dovecotes, 30 gardens, 700 acres of land, 100 acres of grass-land, 100 acres of pastures, 200 acres of woods, 100 acres of open field and the yearly revenue of £22 and the advowson of the church of Conrard belongs to Felton. Edmund Felton has paid £540.
