Inscribed: 'This is one of the drawing referred to in a contract dated [blank] between [blank] of the one part and the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Works and Public Buildings of the other part. Signed by George Edmund Street, 14 Cavendish Place, London. Stamped: 'Treasury 5147 Regd. 4 April 73'.
