'Plot East': plan and elevation of a block of houses three storeys high proposed to be built east of the Sessions House (and shown to the right of the perspective sketch described under WORK 30/470); the elevation faces King Street with Great George Street on the right and Broad Sanctuary on the left. Reference notes. Scale: 1 inch to 17 feet. A note states that: 'Dwelling Houses of a smaller size are placed here in preference to Coach Houses and Stables, which are provided for behind the houses in Plot West where Dwelling Houses would not be so desirable'.
