- Medical journals of HMS Dryad. For description purposes, ADM 101/97/5 has been spilt into two parts (5A and 5B), as follows: HMS Dryad, 1 November 1827-31 March 1828: ADM 101/97/5A. HMS Dryad, 24 April 1828-17 June 1829: ADM 101/97/5B. NOTE: The two parts are produced as a single document using this catalogue reference (ADM 101/97/5). Notes details in 1828 of William Howell, aged 55, sailmaker and army pensioner, who was alleged to have been a boatswain at the Battle of Trafalgar, and a sergeant at the Battle of Waterloo
