Cumberland and Northumberland. (1) title page. (2)-(18) 20 maps, on 17 sheets, of estates of the 3rd Earl of Derwentwater, forfeited to Greenwich Hospital. Farms, stiles, gates, springs or wells, boundary stones, divisions of common land, highways, footpaths, field-names, rivers and streams, names of proprietors and adjacent proprietors are shown. Scales: 1 inch to 4, 8, 12 and 16 chains. Compass stars. Reference table to maps on the title page. Many surveyed by Isaac Thompson in 1736. Coloured, MS additions and amendments by Messrs Walton and Smeaton in 1763 and by Nicholas Walton in 1797-1798.
