9 sheets extracted from J 90/1140. Lancashire: Pemberton. (1) Cover giving title of cause, Stephen v Stephen. (2) Copy of an order in Chancery for the making of a lease, 1865, in the cause Stephen v Blundell. (3-9) Lease dated 29 May 1865, with plan inset on sheet 9. Plan shows Wigan Five Foot, Four Foot and Nine Foot mines, King Coal Mine, Ovell and Canell mines, and other lands in Pemberton, demised by John Stephen to Henry Blundell under the terms of the Chancery order. Also shows Thwaites Delf and other named places, roads, fields. No scale shown. Compass indicator. Schedule within the lease identifies occupiers and field names. Dimensions: plan 47 cm x 39 cm, on sheet 61 cm x 79 cm.
