Cause: Stephen v Stephen (and Re Act of 1 Will IV c.65) Counterpart deed (with schedule and plan) of lease of coal and cannel mines in Pemberton, LANCASHIRE, belonging to infant plaintiff John Stephen (defendant Mary Stephen, widow, and Joseph Ingram, his guardians, by whom he sues). [Deposited 12 June 1865].
