1 item (originally enclosed in a despatch from Major J Stokes, Royal Engineers, British Commissioner on the Danube, 17 August 1863) extracted from FO 78/3219. Ottoman Empire: Romania: Constanta. 'Plan of Kustendjeh Harbour': showing jetties, finished and in progress, and piers above water and those not commenced. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 1 cable. Compass indicator. Signed by Stokes. Endorsed: 'Inclosure in No 9 despatch of 17th August 1862 [sic] to Earl Russell'. The despatch was erroneously bound with papers from 1862, presumably because of the inaccurate endorsement.
