Surveyed by George Stephenson, engineer, 20 November 1824. Engraved by J and A Walker, 47 Bernard Street, Russell Square, London, and Pool Lane, Liverpool. Attached to a letter of 6 April 1826 from the Treasury to the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1 sheet).
